Claims
All claims and loss reports are handled by the claims department of the carrier for which we underwrite on their behalf. While all loss notices should be filed with BRS-OH immediately, they will ultimately be handled, investigated, and adjusted by the Insurance carrier. BRS-OH is not authorized to handle any claims or adjust any claims on behalf of the insurance carriers for which they place business.
You may email all claims related to accounts written through our office to Matt Shadoan @ mshadoan@brsoh.com or newclaim@centurysurety.com. Please be advised that someone with the Insurance carrier will notify you of the claim receipt and handle any and all correspondence related to your insurance claim.
